Hedcom primarily uses the group’s own maintenance set-up to service imported equipment.
The maintenance department operates out of the logistics centre in Kauklahti in Espoo.
With warranty issues, we ask you to first contact your dealer, who can help to confirm warranty issues if the documents that were supplied with the delivery are missing. The dealer will also be able to provide instructions on how and where the equipment is to be delivered.
With maintenance work outside of warranty, equipment deliveries and job queue reservations are handled centrally from Kauklahti.
